Cancellations:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order hasn’t already been shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@ncsanthanamsilks.com.
- We will confirm your cancellation request via email.
Refunds:
- We offer refunds on silk sarees and traditional Kanchipuram silks purchased on our website (https://ncsanthanamsilks.com/) under the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags attached.
- Item is returned in its original packaging.
- Cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order (for non-shipped items).
- Return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We do not offer refunds on used, washed, or altered items.
- To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact us at sales@ncsanthanamsilks.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) or via bank transfer depending on your initial payment method. All refunds will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees), the currency used for pricing on our website.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for silk sarees and traditional Kanchipuram silks. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@ncsanthanamsilks.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
